数字经济对农村青年劳动力就业质量影响研究
Research on the Effect of Digital Economy Development on the Employment Quality of Rural Youth Labor Force
摘要
Abstract
This paper is based on the wage premium theory,the CGSS questionnaire data and the panel data of 19 provinces are used to explore the comprehensive impact of the development of digital economy on the employment quality of rural youth labor.The results show that the development of the digital economy has a significant effect on the employment quality of rural youth labor,and it has a positive effect on improving wage income,strengthening social security,and enhancing employment stability.However,the development of the digital economy has also led to a certain increase in working hours.Quantile regression analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital economy on the employment quality of rural youth labor presents an"inverted U-shaped"relationship.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the employment quality of the labor force with higher education years has been improved more than that of the labor force with lower years of education in the context of the digital economy.Mechanism analysis shows that the development of digital economy can help reduce the work pressure of rural youth labor.关键词
