老年2型糖尿病患者体力活动现状及影响因素研究
Current status of physical activity and its influencing factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of physical activity of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From October 2022 to May 2023,convenience sampling was used to select 222 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in a tertiary grade-A hospital in Nanjing.The survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire,the Diabetes Self-management Activity Scale and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ)-long.Results The total metabolic capacity of physical activity in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was 1482(1 053,2 203)MET min/w,and the metabolic capacity of leisure physical activity was 540.00(360.00,900.00)MET min/w;55.4％of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes took low-intensity physical activity.Multiple linear regression showed that the course of diabetes,glycosylated hemoglobin,depression and self-management ability entered the regression equation(P＜0.05),accounting for 47.7％of the total variation.Conclusion Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes are mainly engaged in leisure and low-intensity physical activities.The course of diabetes,glycosylated hemoglobin,depression and self-management ability are the main influencing factors of their physical activities.关键词
