Photocatalyzed Homo-Coupling of α-Amino Acid Derivatives Promoted by Sulfur Hexafluoride
摘要
Abstract
Sulfur hexafluoride(SF6)is widely used in the electrical industry as insulating gas,and its global warming potential is 23 500 times of carbon dioxide(CO2).However,SF6 is extremely inert,and its degradation and utilization are highly challenging.In this study,we have found that the SF6 promoted C—C bond coupling with α-amino acid derivatives as the substrates could be achieved under the conditions of photocatalysis at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure.The studies show that solvents,reaction time and concentrations of substrates are important factors for the efficiency of the reactions.These findings showcase a new strategy for the efficiently photo-catalyzed degradation and utilization of SF6 gas.关键词
