海上能源岛风光储氢醇项目系统容量优化配置研究

Abstract
In order to solve the difficulties in power transmission,consumption and economy of the deep-sea wind power project,a system capacity optimization allocation method is proposed for offshore energy island wind energy storage hydroalcohol project,in which the optimal return on project capital is taken as the objective of optimal allocation,the power balance is taken as system constraint,and the PSO particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal allocation model of wind hydrogen storage and alcohol capacity.An island area near Dalian is analyzed as example,and multiple models are simulated based on local climate conditions such as wind-scope ratio and power abandonment rate,and the results show that the constraints of unlimited wind-scope ratio and power abandonment rate of less than 30%have the highest rate of return.关键词
