Abstract
Liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station belongs to the hazardous chemical industry,there may be some safety risks in the daily operation,the study of its safety evaluation system and safety early warning model is of great significance.Based on the relevant literature in the industry,combined with the actual operation of Wenzhou LNG receiving station,this paper establishes the safety evaluation system of LNG receiving station,and establishes the safety warning level and alarm limit.At the same time,a scientific weight calculation method and an improved safety evaluation model are obtained after the extension theory is modified by the combinatorial weighting method.Finally,a practical case is cited to verify the model method,and the safety evaluation results in line with the actual operation are obtained,which proves that the safety evaluation model has certain reference value and can make timely warning for the safe operation of LNG receiving stations.关键词
