Abstract

Bullet distribution is one of the critical component of ammunition management.At present,manual distribution is predominantly used,leading to low efficiency and risks of misdistribution and omissions.Therefore,a bullet distribution device had been developed based on biometric identification recognition,featuring a circular array storage mechanism.The storage mechanism includes 50 zigzag drop cartridges uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction.Each drop cartridge can store 30 shots.To improve storage efficiency,with the reduction of drop time as the design goal,key structural parameters were extracted,a structural model of the bullet drop cartridge was established,and orthogonal simulation experiments were conducted.The results indicate that the slope angle α of the transition and zigzag inclined planes is the primary factor affecting drop time.Increasing the slope angle α of these planes significantly can shorten the drop time while ensuring proper ammunition dropping posture.After optimization,the drop time of a single bullet from the top to the bottom of the cartridge was reduced to 0.681 5 seconds,representing 12.94%improvement in efficiency compared to the pre-optimization state.It takes 71.00 seconds to fill 50 drop cartridges,which is 7.19%more efficient than before optimization.
