液压放大静电自修复驱动器制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Performance of Hydraulically Amplified Self-Healing Electrostatic Actuators

Abstract
In order to improve the performance of the Hydraulically Amplified Self-healing Electrostatic Actuators(HASEL)prepared,the research team characterized the performance of this actuator by means of output force and deformation quantity,and investigated the influences of injection volume,dielectric oil type,length and width dimensions of the actuator,and preload on the performance of the actuator.The results indicated that:with the increase of the injection volume,the output force and deformation quantity present a trend of first increasing and then decreasing at the same voltage;compare with several other dielectric oils,silicone oil exhibit higher output force and deformation quantity;the size of the actuator has a relatively small impact on the output force and deformation quantity;the preload has a considerable influence on the output force of the actuator,and providing an appropriate preload to the actuator can enhance the output force.This actuator is a new type of flexible actuator,featuring a simple structure,outstanding driving performance,rapid response,and a self-healing function after the breakdown of the liquid dielectric.关键词
