Abstract
The clamping structure of the quick-opening vulcanization tank is equipped with a coating structure at the engagement point,which can effectively protect the meshing tooth surface and improve maintenance efficiency.Research group designed a new type of coated clamping structure for a horizontal double-door vulcanization tank and used the finite element method to evaluate stress intensity,analyzed the influence of coating structure parameters on the stress distribution of coating structure of the vulcanization tank.The results show that when the diameter of the cylindrical pin increases from 4.0 mm to 7.0 mm and the number of grooves increases from 2 to 4,the maximum stress at the pin hole of the coating plate increases by 71.5%and 68.5%,respectively.The diameter of the cylindrical pin and the number of grooves have a significant influence on the stress at the pin hole of the coating plate.Various parameters of the coating structure have a considerable effect on the maximum shear stress of the cylindrical pin.The maximum contact stress on the surface of the cylindrical pin is greatly influenced by the number of grooves;specifically,the maximum contact stress on the surface of the cylindrical pin with 2 grooves increases by 198.5%compared to the structure without grooves.When the diameter of the cylindrical pin is 5.0 mm,the number of grooves is 2,and the thickness of the coating plate is 5.0-6.0 mm,the coated clamping structure exhibits better comprehensive mechanical performance.关键词
