摘要

Abstract

In order to simplify the complexity of ultra-high pressure vessel sealing structure,a 700 MPa ultra-high pressure sealing device plug structure and its matching self-tightening seal were designed.By using control variable method,the effect of the compression amount and geometric size of the seal on the sealing performance was analyzed.The reasonable compression amount and geometric size were selected by using the analysis results.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress value reduced by 21%from an average of 1 550 MPa to 1 212 MPa on the premise of successful sealing.This structure provides a new idea for the sealing design of ultra-high pressure vessels.
