摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of low efficiency and suboptimal quality in the disposable paper cup forming process,the research group designed an automatic rapid-forming paper cup machine.The 3D model of the paper cup forming machine was constructed by SolidWorks.By optimizing design of the cam-linkage mechanism,the efficiency of the cup body forming system of paper cup machine was improved.By optimize design of the cam indexer,the operational efficiency of the cup bottom forming system was increased.Finally,ADAMS software was used to conduct kinematic simulations of the primary actuating mechanisms to verify the design feasibility.The results show that the automated rapid-forming paper cup machine has a designed production capacity of 160 pieces/min and can form paper cups of various sizes,with the characteristics of fast forming speed and high forming quality.
