Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the rolling pressure,rolling time and rolling speed of tea rolling adjusted by manual experience,causing the unstable quality of each batch of tea rolling,the research group proposed a tea rolling pressure control mechanism.The automatic control and adjustment structure of pressure was designed by special spring and elastic force detection device,and the automatic adjustment and control of rolling pressure was realized by combining the stroke adjustment and detection limit mechanism.Three groups of comparative tests were carried out.The results show that the automatic rolling pressure control mechanism can improve the consistency of tea rolling in different batches and improve the quality of tea rolling.关键词
