Abstract
With the diversification and differentiation of integrated development mode of transportation and city,new projects of transportation hub urban complex are emerging.This paper systematically studies the selection method of development land selection for transportation hub urban complex from the perspective of developers,and constructs an output and input index system,which containing transportation,location,industry,development time sequence,development benefit,local resources,As well as the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of land selection unit based on FUCOM.Finally,considering the group model,future expectations,traffic environment and other factors,the priority of land project development is sorted out,and the development land selection is selected.These conclusions provide decision-making reference for developers.关键词
