孙占学基于钱乙五脏理论辨治头面部皮肤病临床经验
Sun Zhanxue based on the Qian Yi's five zang organs theory to differentiate and treatment the cephalic and facial dermatosis'experience

Abstract
Qian Yi founded the five zang organs theory based on the characteristics of children's physique and viscera.Pro-fessor Sun Zhanxue compared the skin and sense organs of head and face with children's physique and viscera characterized by"Chun Yang",and"Qi's agility"and thought that the head and face were regarded as"the meeting of all Yang"and"the house of Qingyang",the skin and fur are solid to protect the body against pathogenic factors,the five sense organs were connected with the five zang organs,and they were susceptible to wind and fire evil and the YuHuo of five zang organs.As a result,the differenti-ation of the five zang organs was emphasized in the treatment of cephalic and facial dermatosis,using light and proper medica-tions,which coincides with Qian Yi's medication ideas.The clinical application of Daoci San,Xiebai San,Xiehuang San,Xieqing Wan and Yihuang San,Dihuang Wan and other prescriptions has a remarkable effect on the treatment of cephalic and fa-cial dermatosis.The purpose of this review is to explore Qian Yi's five zang organs theory in the treatment of cephalic and facial dermatosis,analyze the cephalic and facial dermatosis from the perspective of the wind-fire-yang pathogens and the YuHuo of the five zang organs,and explore the treatment of skin diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
