Professor Jin Zhe's experience in treating vulvar lichen sclerosus with sitz bath from the angle of"lung and spleen harmonization"
摘要
Abstract
Vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS)is a kind of vulvar skin disease characterized by vulvar pruritus,atrophy and whiteness of the skin mucosa.It is progressive,refractory and recurrent.Due to intense itching,it seriously affects women's physi-cal and mental health.In addition,the disease has the possibility of malignant transformation,so it needs clinical attention.Based on the theory of"lung governing skin,spleen governing flesh",Professor Jin Zhe treated the disease from the Angle of"lung and spleen coordination",taking into account toning liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation,and evacuating wind evil,using TCM sitz bath method,greatly improved the symptoms and signs of VLS,fundamentally cured the disease,prevented the disease from prolongation and recurrence,and the effect was significant,which could be used for clinical reference.关键词
