湖湘欧阳恒学术流派治疗湿疹的经验浅析
Analysis on the experience of Huxiang OU Yangheng academic school in treating eczema
摘要
Abstract
OU Yangheng is the founder of Huxiang OU Yangheng Academic School.Under the leadership of OU Yangheng,Huxiang OU Yangheng Academic School has become one of the important and representative academic schools of TCM dermatolo-gy.The representative famous doctors of this academic school include YANG Zhibo,ZHU Mingfang,XIANG Liping and so on.This study adopted the method of documentary research,through the collation and collection of writings,literature and other mate-rials of some representative doctors of Huxiang OU Yangheng Academic School,we have systematically sorted out their experi-ences in the diagnosis and treatment of eczema,with a view to helping Chinese medicine dermatologists to improve their under-standing of eczema.This school pioneered the theory of"five methods of intuitive treatment".The school believes that the treat-ment of eczema mainly follows seven principles,firstly,the treatment of the cause of eczema,dampness is the first,dampness is always throughout the whole process of eczema treatment.The second is to use insect medicine to search for wind and quench the wind to tranquillise the mind.That is,the application of insect drugs to search for wind to stop itching,mainly for the treatment of persistent itching eczema patients.For patients with poor results,we can consider adding sedative and tranquillising drugs to calm the liver and quench the wind.Thirdly,we should take advantage of the situation and get rid of the evil must be exhausted.For patients who have not removed dampness,try not to use astringent drugs,so as not to"close the door to keep the enemy".In principle,the use of astringent or tonic drugs can only be used after the removal of dampness,heat and toxicity.Fourthly,we should tonify the liver and kidney,nourish Yin,remove dampness and activate blood.For chronic eczema patients,OU Yangheng created the nourishing yin and activating blood formula treatment,ZHU Mingfang good use of nourishing yin and removing damp-ness soup plus reduction of the treatment.Fifth,holistic concept,prevention and treatment.Treatment of eczema from the overall perspective,not only the combination of prevention and treatment,but also to take into account both the symptoms and the root cause.Sixth,internal and external combination,comprehensive diagnosis and treatment.In addition to internal and external means of treatment of eczema,can also be combined with non-pharmacological treatment methods.Seventh,The dialectical treat-ment was based on the theory of Wei Qi and Camp Blood.The school of diagnosis and treatment of eczema clinical efficacy is re-markable,which is worthy of reference for TCM dermatologists.关键词
