基于尹氏家学的幻听中医药治疗
Treatment ofauditory hallucinations with traditional Chinese medicine based on Yin's family theory
摘要
Abstract
There are many researches on auditory hallucination in modern medicine,but there are few recognized results.Although oral administration of western medicine has certain effect,various side effects are also very obvious.Physical interven-tion adjuvant therapy has shown a certain application prospect,but it is mostly in the exploratory stage,and the effect needs to be further verified.The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on mental and emotional diseases,including auditory hallucina-tion,is very abundant but complex,which is difficult to master and apply in clinical treatment.Based on Yin's family theory of"Qi regulating and depression relieving therapy"for auditory hallucination,the basic pathogenesis of auditory hallucination is de-ficiency of Qi and blood,disturbance of internal heat,and non-regulation of Qi.The deficiency of Qi,excess of Qi clearing,and stagnation of Qi regulating are used to treat auditory hallucination,and the effect is satisfactory.关键词
