大学生方程式赛车的车架设计与优化
Frame design and optimization of Formula Student racing car
摘要
Abstract
The chassis is a vital carrier for various components of automobile,and plays a crucial role on the safety and stability of the vehicle.In the study,"Ling02"formula racing car of the Lingfeng Racing Team at Nanjing Institute of Technology is investigated.Topology optimization and parametric analysis of the chassis are conducted using ANSYS to determine the optimal truss structure,tube thickness,and chassis strength under different operating conditions,which are subsequently validated.The findings reveal that compared to the original model,the optimized chassis exhibits a 14.9%increase in torsional stiffness while its mass decreases by 12.9%.This research provides a theoretical basis and design guid-ance for the chassis of Formula Student racing cars.关键词
