Optimization of prefabricated steel enclosing purlin bolt openings and analysis of bending performance

Abstract
The prefabricated steel enclosing purlin,serving as a innovative support component,is utilized in foundation pit to support engineering.Investigating its bending performance after bolt opening can provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering applications.This paper conducts numerical simulations on the main unit of the prefabricated steel enclosing purlin under different bolt hole layout schemes by using ANSYS,focusing on pure bending conditions.The analysis examines the bending bearing capacity,bending stiffness,bolt residual preload,reveals the stress distribution across different configurations.The results show that:in the open specimen scheme,bolt openings result a reduction of 14%to 23%in the ultimate bending bearing capacity.Similarly,bolt openings cause a decrease in the bending stiffness of the specimen during the elastic deformation stage by 5%to 19%.Moreover,the bending capacity and stiffness of the specimen can be improved by increasing the spacing between the x-direction bolt holes and the height of the T-shaped section.Additionally,specimens with standard round holes in the connecting plate exhibit higher bearing capacity and better bending stiffness compared to those with elongated grooved holes under the same parameters.关键词
