高聚物溶液二维突扩中层流流动特性研究
Study on laminar flow characteristics in two-dimensional sudden expansion of polymer solution

Abstract
Polymer solution has the function of reducing drag and increasing transport in pipeline transportation system.In this paper,nonlinear FENE-P viscoelastic model is used to describe viscoelasticity of polymer and different sudden expansion ratios are selected.The laminar flow characteristics of two-dimensional planar expansion in pure water and polymer solution are simulated and compared,and the drag reduction effect of polymer solution is analyzed.The results indicate that the velocity increases significantly at the sudden expansion surface,and in the symmetric flow stage,there is no relation between the velocity distribution curve and the sudden expansion ratio.When the Reynolds number Re increases to 20,the velocity distribution is only related to the Reynolds number.In the phase of symmetrical flow,the pressure is distributed symmetrically along the axis;in the phase of asymmetric flow,a low pressure area appears in the small recirculation zone above the sudden expansion surface,and high pressure area appears at the end of small recirculation zone and large recirculation zone on the wall.The influence of molecular tensile length and viscosity ratio are monotonous,and Weissenberg number Wi has a critical point.关键词
