基于DEM方法的粮堆孔隙率分布特征研究
Study on porosity distribution characteristics of grain pile based on DEM method

Abstract
The safety of grain storage plays an important role in reducing the fluctuation of grain supply,improving people's lives and promoting social stability.It is of great significance to ensure food security by studying the influence of porosity distribution characteristics caused by feeding methods on ventilation and cooling effect.This study employs the Discrete Element Method(DEM)to simulate the grain loading process in a shallow circular silo equipped with a novel spiral feeder and reconstruct the porous structure of the grain pile.By extracting the particle position distribution in the accumulation body,the porosity distribution patterns in static grain piles are analyzed.The results reveal that grain piles in shallow circular silos equipped with spiral distribution device exhibit more uniform particle distribution and a smaller span of porosity distribution,which can significantly reduce the phenomenon of automatic grading of grain particles.关键词
