摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of storage time on the performance of Reclaimed Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture(RCPAM),this paper evaluated the diffusion laws of aged asphalt and cold patching asphalt(CPA)under different storage times based on infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy tests.Furthermore,the promoting effect of CPA on the performance recovery of aged asphalt was quantitatively verified.RCPAM was prepared using 100%RAP milling materials through the cold patching method,and its performance was assessed under different storage times using rutting tests,immersion Marshall Stability tests,Hamburg wheel tracking tests,and beam bending tests.The results showed that storage time contributed to the performance recovery of aged asphalt by CPA and improved the compaction degree of RCPAM.The diffusion of CPA into aged asphalt during the storage period was beneficial for improving the compaction degree,high temperature performance,and water stability of RCPAM.The recommended mass content of CPA in RCPAM was 2.8%.
