Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in Myocardial Pyropto-sis Based on VOS viewer and CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To apply knowledge graph visualization analysis to the literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervention in myocardial pyroptosis,and to understand the research hotspots and development trends in this field.Methods Literature related to TCM intervention in myocardial pyroptosis was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and Web of Science(WOS)databases.VOSviewer 1.6.19 software was used to rank high-frequency keywords and create a network diagram of author collaborations.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was applied for keyword clustering analysis and burst analysis,and a timeline distribution diagram was generated.Results A total of 345 articles were included,of which 253 were in Chinese and 92 in English.The results indicated that the number of publications on TCM intervention in myocardial pyroptosis has been increasing year by year.Several core re-search teams were identified,including those led by TANG Ya-lun,XU Li,LEI Zi-qin,DU Guan-hua,and SUN Xiao-bo,with limited collaboration between teams.Co-occurrence and clustering analysis of keywords revealed that myocardial protection in ischemia-reperfusion injury is the central and ongoing research hotspot,with active research focused on Chi-nese medicine components such as resveratrol,astragaloside,and salvianolic acid B.Burst analysis of keywords suggested that myocardial infarction,diabetic cardiomyopathy,heart failure,and different TCM treatments may be potential future re-search directions.Conclusion Myocardial pyroptosis is currently a hot topic in TCM research.The mechanism of TCM in alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury is the focus of current research,and it is predicted that future studies may explore the mechanisms of TCM treatments for ischemic heart disease,cardiomyopathy,heart failure,and arrhythmias through py-roptosis.关键词
