基于数据挖掘宋代官修医药方书治疗痹证用药规律研究
Medication Regularity of Official Prescriptions in the Song Dynasty against Arthral-gia Syndrome Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication regularity for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome collected in official medical texts from the Song Dynasty by data mining technique,aiming to provide reference and insights for the treatment of modern diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Data were collected from the 5th edition of Chinese Med-ical Code and organized into a prescription database using Excel.The data were then analyzed using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0),SPSS,and Gephi software to deeply mine the included prescriptions,fo-cusing on high-frequency drugs and association rules.Results A total of 304 prescriptions were included,involving 272 drugs,with 33 drugs used no less than 30 times.The most frequently used drugs were Saposhnikoviae Radix,Aconiti Late-ralis Radix Praeparata,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.The drugs were mainly warm or neutral in nature,pungent or sweet and bitter in flavor,and mainly acted on the liver and spleen meridians.The most commonly used drugs were exterior-re-lieving and deficiency-tonifying ones.The analysis of association rules revealed the highest confidence combinations,in-cluding Angelicae Pubescentis Radix+Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata-Saposhnikoviae Radix and Saigae Tataricae Cornu-Saposhnikoviae Radix.Cluster analysis identified three main clusters and six prescriptions.Conclusion The treatment of arthralgia syndrome in official medical texts in the Song Dynasty primarily focused on expelling wind,allevia-ting impediment,regulating qi,harmonizing blood,promoting spleen function,resolving dampness,and nourishing the liver and kidneys,while harmonizing the nutrient and defense.Commonly used herbs included Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praepara-ta,Saposhnikoviae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Chuanxiong Rhizoma,with common prescriptions like Dafangfeng Decoction,Wujia Pijiu Formula,Bixie Pills,and Xiaohuoluo Pills with modifications.These findings provide useful refer-ences for modern clinical practice.关键词
