类风湿性关节炎与中医体质相关性研究的Meta分析
Correlation Between Rheumatoid Arthritis and TCM Constitution:A Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A comprehensive search was conducted across CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Web of Science,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and CBM databases,covering all studies on the correlation between RA and TCM constitution from database inception to November 30,2023.Meta-analysis of single-sample rates was performed using Stata 16.0 software.Results A total of 25 cross-sectional studies and 2 case-control studies were included,with a total of 6 481 samples.The included case-control studies were of high quality,while the cross-sectional studies were of moderate quality.The three most common constitutions were yang deficiency constitution 28.9％[95％CI(0.238,0.341)],blood stasis constitution 16.8％[95％CI(0.119,0.218)],and yin deficiency con-stitution 14.3％[95％CI(0.101,0.184)],with yang deficiency being most strongly associated with RA.Phlegm-damp-ness and dampness-heat constitutions were more common in male patients,while qi deficiency and blood stasis constitu-tions were more common in female patients.Yang deficiency was more prevalent in patients aged 55 and above,while blood stasis and yin deficiency were more common in those aged 46～55.In terms of geographic distribution,yang deficiency was the most common constitution in East China,South China,Southwest China,and Northeast China,with the Southwest region also showing a higher prevalence of balanced constitution,and the Northeast region showing a higher prevalence of phlegm-dampness constitution.Conclusion Yang deficiency,blood stasis,and yin deficiency are the main body constitutions in RA patients.Further research is needed to explore the relationship between body constitution and RA,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
