中医外治法治疗高血压患者失眠的网状Meta分析
A Network Meta-analysis of External Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Hypertension with Insomnia

Abstract
Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatments for insomnia in hypertensive patients.Methods A computer-based search was conducted in multiple databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,SinoMed,VIP Journal,PubMed,and Cochrane Library,covering all ran-domized controlled trials(RCTs)published from the establishment of these databases up to April 2022.The Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool(RevMan 5.4)was used for risk assessment of the included studies.Data analysis and network Meta-analysis were performed using Stata 16.0 to generate network plots.Results A total of 49 RCTs were included,involving 7 differ-ent TCM external treatments,i.e.,auricular therapy,Chinese medicine foot baths,acupoint massage,acupoint application,acupuncture and moxibustion,Five Elements music therapy,and Baduanjin exercise.The network Meta-analysis showed that all seven treatments improved the clinical efficacy rate(P＜0.05).The top three treatments were ranked as follows:Chinese medicine foot baths＞auricular therapy＞acupuncture and moxibustion.Except for Five Elements music therapy,all other six treatments significantly reduced the PSQI total score(P＜0.05).The top three treatments for improving sleep quality were ranked as Chinese medicine foot baths＞Baduanjin exercise＞auricular therapy.Conclusion All seven TCM external treatments can improve the sleep quality of hypertensive patients with insomnia,with Chinese medicine foot baths showing the best results.Due to the limitations in the quality of the included studies,further high-quality randomized double-blind controlled trials comparing these treatments directly are needed to refine the conclusions.关键词
