Professor LIU Guangzhen's Thought of Treating Chronic Kidney Disease from the"Turbidity"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is primarily characterized by the pathogenic factor of"dampness evil".Professor LIU Guang-zhen has clinically observed that dampness evil is both the causative factor and the pathological product of CKD,playing a role throughout the onset and progression of the disease.This article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of kidney disease caused by dampness evil,emphasizing the importance of staging in treatment.It suggests that treatment should be guided by the location of the dampness evil and employ a targeted approach to expel the evil.The arti-cle also summarizes Professor LIU Guang-zhen's clinical experience and medication patterns in the treatment of CKD u-sing methods such as releasing exterior and draining turbidity method,resolving turbidity with aromatics method,draining dampness and benefiting turbidity method,dredging fu-organs and purging turbidity method,and removing toxins and re-solving turbidity method.关键词
