摘要
Abstract
To enhance intelligent decision-making for flood control and improve water environment quality in the Dasha River,a digital twin project for the river was developed based on CIM-BIM-IoT technologies, guided by the flood control"Four Pre"system. The project integrated multi-source heterogeneous data across five categories, basic, monitoring, operational, external sharing, and geospatial, into a unified data platform.Supported by hydrological-hydrodynamic models and the WebGL twin engine,it focused on predictive, forecasting, simulation rehearsal, and planning operations. This initiative transformed traditional"passive and reactive"management into a"proactive and warning-based"approach.The project explores key technologies and application scenarios for digital twin construction in small watersheds, offering valuable insights and case references for flood control, disaster reduction, and urban waterlogging management platforms in other river basins.关键词
