毛乌素沙地异砧红松松籽营养成分分析
Quality Evaluation of Pine Nuts from Korean Pine Grafted on Mongolian Pine in Mu Us Desert

Abstract
To investigate the impact of grafting stock on the fruiting of Pinus koraiensis and the quality of its pine nuts,the technique of grafting Korean pine onto Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica was ap-plied to introduce varieties of Pinus koraiensis from Benxi of Liaoning,and Shangzhi of Heilongjiang,to Yulin of Shaanxi,and the nutritional components of the pine nuts of the grafted plants from 8 a to 10a after grafting were analyzed and evaluated.The research showed that:(1)In terms of the content of mineral nutrient elements,among the 11 compared mineral elements,8 mineral elements from the two samples in Yulin were significantly higher than those from the samples in the Northeast region;(2)Regarding carbohydrate composition,there was no significant difference in starch content among the samples.The soluble sugar content of the samples from Yulin region was significantly higher than that in the Northeast region,while the contents of crude protein and crude fat were significantly lower than those of the samples from the Northeast region;(3)In terms of amino acid groups,the contents of total amino acids,essential amino acids,umami amino acids,and medicinal amino acids in the sam-ples from the artificial forest in Yulin were significantly higher than those of other samples;(4)No statistically significant differences were observed in fatty acid composition and content among the dif-ferent treatments.The results of principal component analysis show that the samples from the Yulin plantations scored the highest,followed by those from the Heilongjiang plantations,and the samples from the Yulin nurseries ranked fourth.关键词
