Abstract
By studying the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth and carbon me-tabolism of Picea meyeri,this research provides a theoretical basis for the scientific application of ni-trogen fertilizer based on seedling age during its cultivation.The experiment was conducted under field conditions with five nitrogen fertilizer application rates:0 g·plant-1(CK),3 g·plant-1,6 g·plant-1,9 g·plant-1,and 12 g·plant-1,each with three repetitions.The results showed that com-pared with the control,the plant height and ground diameter growth of Picea meyeri increased by 115.96%and 125.00%respectively under the 9 g·plant-1 treatment,which was significantly higher than the 6 g·plant-1 treatment.Chlorophyll content increased with nitrogen application,with no sig-nificant difference between the 9 g·plant-1 and 12 g·plant-1 treatments.From May to August,the net photosynthetic rate under the 9 g·plant-1 treatment was 70.04%,68.24%,40.30%,and 42.72%higher than that under the 6 g·plant-1 treatment,respectively.There was no significant difference between the 3 g·plant-1 treatment and the control in May and August.Compared with the control,the 9 g·plant-1 nitrogen treatment significantly increased the activities of acid invertase,sucrose syn-thase,and sucrose phosphate synthase in Picea meyeri.There was no significant difference between the 12 g·plant-1 and 9 g·plant-1 treatments.The soluble sugar content under the 9 g·plant-1 treatment was 12.15%,15.56%,8.20%,and 7.43%higher than that under the 6 g·plant-1 treat-ment,respectively,with significant differences.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that a nitrogen application rate of 9 g·plant-1 is suitable for three-year-old Picea meyeri seedlings.关键词
