Exploration on a research ability-oriented teaching model for the experimental course of"cell culture"for medical postgraduates
摘要
Abstract
With its widespread application in life science research,cell culture technology has become a basic skill required for medi-cal postgraduate students who need to do scientific research,and the quality of experimental teaching of cell culture is closely related to the postgraduates'skills of cell culture.In order to enhance the postgraduates'comprehensive research capabilities,the authors per-formed a teaching reform in terms of course content,teaching methods,and evaluation system,to cater for the needs of medical post-graduates.This novel experimental teaching model helps the students master the methods of problem analysis,experimental design,and summarization,so that they can improve their comprehensive application ability,problem-solving ability,and scientific research literacy.关键词
