摘要

Abstract

In the experimental teaching of medical cell biology in most medical colleges and universities,the students perform mor-phological observation only through tissue sections,and the teaching effect is unsatisfactory due to the single experimental form.Based on the concept of interdisciplinarity,the authors designed a comprehensive teaching experiment of organelle staining and observation,in which cells'structure and function correspond,and students of clinical medicine and basic medicine were recruited to carry out open experiments.The students incubate the cells with drugs carrying fluorophores,use Mitotracker and Lysotracker,two live dye reagents,to stain mitochondria and lysosomes with specific fluorescence,and observe dynamic process of drugs uptake into organelles.Teachers adopted online and offline blended teaching mode and designed three stages of pre-class learning,in-class guidance,and after-class training to create an interdisciplinary experimental teaching course,in which self-learning is highlighted,with teachers'guidance as a supplement,in order to make up for the weaknesses of single content and insufficient training of academic innovative thinking in tradi-tional experimental courses.Based on the interdisciplinarity,this teaching reform aims to help students to better understand the func-tion of organelles,improve autonomous learning ability,and develop experimental skills in scientific research,laying a solid foundation for their future scientific research.
