摘要

Abstract

The NiMoW/SiO2 catalyst with ultra-high metal loading was prepared by the incipient wetness impregnation method.The structure of the catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,XPS,and HRTEM,and the effect of metal loading on the deep diesel hydrogenation performance of the catalyst was investigated.The experimental results show that with the increase in metal loading,the dispersion of the active components of the catalyst decreases gradually,along with the increased crystal length and stacking layers of the metal sulfides.When the metal loading is 50%(w),the catalyst has optimal active phase structure and distribution and shows the best diesel hydrogenation performance.The sulfur and nitrogen removal rate of diesel experiencing catalytic cracking after the reaction is more than 99.5%,showing a good industrial application prospect.
