含油胺液分离材料的开发及应用
Development and application of separation materials for oily amine solution

Abstract
In response to the foaming problem in the amine solution desulfurization system,the root causes of the unstable liquid level in the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower and the occurrence of tower flushing were determined through the analysis of the desulfurization process and amine solution composition of the on-site circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower device.A modified melamine-formaldehyde copolymer material(G-MS)was prepared by an efficient microwave impregnation method,and a newsolution oil removal technology of amine solution and a design scheme were proposed based on the on-site device.The experimental results indicate that the increase in micrometer-sized particles and oil phase content in the amine solution is the main reason for the prolonged defoaming time and increased foaming height of the amine solution.The prepared G-MS material has a high oil saturation adsorption capacity and excellent selective adsorption ability,which can effectively separate the oil phase in the amine solution with a separation efficiency of over 99%,and the foaming height is significantly reduced.关键词
