Evaluation of High-quality Agricultural Development in North Anhui and Analysis of Obstacle Factors

Abstract
Evaluating the high-quality development level of agriculture in North Anhui can help clarify the diffe-rences in agricultural development in the region.Based on the new development concept,an evaluation index system for high-quality agricultural development in North Anhui was constructed.The CRITIC weighting method and obsta-cle factor diagnosis model were used to comprehensively analyze the level and obstacle factors of high-quality agri-cultural development in North Anhui from 2010 to 2022.The results showed that the overall level of high-quality ag-ricultural development in North Anhui was on the rise,and the gap in high-quality agricultural development between prefecture level cities was gradually narrowing;the spatial distribution of high-quality agricultural development in North Anhui is concentrated in the low-level,medium level,and high-level stages;the obstacles in the indicator la-yer of high-quality agricultural development in the region are concentrated in grain yield per unit,unit use of agri-cultural film,and unit use of pesticides.Accordingly,policy recommendations are proposed:improving innovation mechanisms and enhancing the level of scientific and technological services,strengthening regional collaboration and promoting efficient resource sharing,reducing the use of agricultural films and fertilizers and promoting the green de-velopment of agriculture.关键词
