The Dilemma and Strategy of Rural Governance Mediatization Turn in the Context of Digital Divide:Based on Field Research in H Village,South Anhui

Abstract
The digital divide not only hinders the improvement of rural residents' digital literacy,but also restricts the modernization process of rural social governance system and governance capacity.Selecting H Village in South Anhui as the research object,this study conducts field research to analyze the challenges of rural social governance under the background of digital divide from four dimensions:technology,society,culture,and politics.In response to these challenges,strategies for the shift towards media based social governance are proposed,including strengthening information infrastructure construction,enhancing rural residents' media literacy,expanding public participation channels,developing rural media,and promoting rural economic development,in order to effectively improve the le-vel of rural governance.关键词
