Potential Interdisciplinary Knowledge Combination Discovery Based on Gravity Model
摘要
Abstract
The construction of new liberal arts advocates interdisciplinary integration.In this context,analyzing the attractiveness of interdisciplinary knowledge and discovering high potential interdisciplinary knowledge combinations are of great significance for grasping the direction of interdisciplinary innovation,promoting interdisciplinary integration,and advancing disciplinary transformation.This paper conducts empirical analysis on the full-text literature published in six academic journals of library and information science and six academic journals of management science in China in 2021.By introducing the universal gravity model from physics,we can discover and quantify the attraction between the knowledge points from different disciplines based on the content of the citation,providing assistance for predicting potential hotspots of interdisciplinary knowledge combination and rediscovering previously interdisciplinary knowledge combinations which are overlooked.The research results indicate that the model can effectively measure the interdisciplinary attraction between knowledge points from different disciplines,and has good feasibility and effectiveness.In addition,through comprehensive analysis,it is found that research in the field of library and information science can provide more methods and tools of data analysis and knowledge organization for management science research.In the past,it has not been given enough attention for the process of the unexpected events and sentiment analysis research in the field of library and information science combining with the enterprise innovation and performance improvement research in management.In the future,it may open up new directions for the application of innovative products in emergency response.It also brings new ideas to the product optimization,reputation building,and business management.关键词
