Abstract
In recent years,enterprises and local governments have had an urgent demand for railway enterprises to carry out logistics finance services.China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.and China Construction Bank have actively cooperated to explore and carry out the design and application of railway logistics finance products.By expounding on the development of logistics finance,this paper analyzed three types of logistics finance services implemented at railway pilots,namely credit service,payment settlement service,and commodity+logistics document pledge financing service.It also studied the data risk,information security risk,capital payment risk,waybill operation risk,and pledge supervision and credit risk that may arise from the three types of logistics finance services,put forward preventive measures,and summarized the initial results of the implementation of railway logistics finance services.The results are helpful in promoting transportation by railways instead of highways,increasing freight transportation,and reducing social financing and logistics costs,thus providing a reference for the research on railway logistics finance services.关键词
