Exploration of Innovative Digital Management Model for Railway Freight Yard Stations:A Case Study of Dawanzhen Station of Chengdu Railway Group
摘要
Abstract
Railway freight yard stations are the cornerstone of railway transportation production organization.As the competition in the national logistics market intensifies,traditional railway yard freight stations face many challenges,such as low operational efficiency,low customer service level,information silos,and low equipment automation level.In order to enhance the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of railway freight yard stations,digital transformation is imperative.This paper first analyzed the current problems in yard station operations and then discussed the various changes brought about by the in-depth implementation of the freight control platform and the innovation of digital management models.To achieve the construction of digital yard stations,various key technologies for digital transformation were studied,and practical exploration was carried out in Dawanzhen Station,so as to provide forward-looking experience and feasible strategies for the digital transformation and upgrading of railway logistics yard stations in the future.关键词
