我国集装箱铁海联运发展对策研究
Development Strategies of Container Rail-Sea Combined Transport in China

Abstract
Policies aimed at building a comprehensive national transportation system,adjusting the transportation structure,and reducing social logistics costs have created a favorable environment for the development of railway container rail-sea combined transport and put forward higher requirements for the development scale and quality.To boost the volume of container rail-sea combined transport and increase the proportion of railway collection and distribution in ports,this paper examined the volume of container rail-sea combined transport and cargo distribution at major Chinese ports.It highlighted key initiatives for rail-sea combined transport in recent years,such as enhancing rail-sea combined transport product supply,innovating operational mechanisms,improving railway collection and distribution in ports and facility construction at the station and yards,and achieving equipment application and information sharing.In addition,this paper identified bottlenecks in the development of rail-sea combined transport in China in terms of rail-sea combined transport policies,external competition factors,and internal railway factors.It proposed suggestions for developing container rail-sea combined transport in China,which covered improving support policies,promoting the construction of collection and distribution lines and hubs,optimizing operation service capabilities,enhancing train competitiveness,and strengthening the optimization of combined transport processes and model innovation.关键词
