中欧班列南通道沿线国家铁路联盟发展研究
Development of Railway Alliances of Countries along Southern Route of China Railway Express
摘要
Abstract
Under the influence of the international situation,the instability and uncertainty in the transportation market environment of international railways have increased significantly.The Asia-Europe International Railway Corridor has accelerated its efforts to optimize its layout,and the railway cooperation relationship among various countries is facing readjustment,necessitating the urgent establishment of a broader and deeper international railway transportation coordination mechanism that adapts to the new development paradigm.By analyzing the current development status and existing problems of the Southern Route of China Railway Express,this paper found that there is an urgent need to study the necessity and feasibility of establishing an international railway transportation cooperation organization for this route.According to the mature experience of the current major international railway organizations,this paper pointed out the development needs of the Southern Route of China Railway Express and proposed the establishment of a cooperation platform led by China,the construction of a relatively clear organizational structure,and the creation of an inclusive and open membership admission mechanism among other visions for building the international railway transportation cooperation organization for the Southern Route of China Railway Express.关键词
