健康城市背景下全民健身发展的内涵特征、现实问题与推进策略
Connotative Characteristics,Real Issues,and Implementation Strategies of National Fitness Development un-der the Context of Healthy Cities

Abstract
National fitness,as a key component of the urban health service system,is also an important part of the construction of healthy cities.Based on a literature review,this article defines the concept of national fitness and analyzes its characteristics in the context of healthy cities.It argues that the future de-velopment goals of national fitness in the process of building healthy cities include the deep integration of national fitness and public health,advancing the health policy agenda,focusing on resource integration and multi-party collaboration,and promoting a healthy urban lifestyle.However,in the new context,the high-quality development of national fitness during the 15th Five-Year Plan period still faces numerous practical challenges and issues,including the in-sufficient integration of the"Big Health"governance concept,the need for further improvement and implementation of the policy system,the need to opti-mize the multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism,and the need to improve citizens'scientific fitness literacy.In response,implementation strategies for the future development of national fitness are proposed:Led by the new concept of healthy cities to ensure the effective implementation of national fitness strategies;Supporting the active health benefits of national fitness with healthy city planning;Enhancing national fitness participation through collaborative governance in healthy cities;Driving the integration of new technologies in national fitness with intelligent health city services.关键词
