我国乡村体育赛事系统的理论构建、问题识别与推进路径
Theoretical Construction,Problem Identification and Promotion Path of Rural Sports Event System in China
摘要
Abstract
The development of rural sports events holds significant practical value for advancing the implementation of rural revitalization and national fitness strategies in China.This study,from the perspective of soft systems methodology around three dimensions:strategy,action,and foundation,constructs a three-dimensional hierarchical system model of rural sports events in China.Based on this model,the study analyzed the constituent elements,functional support,internal connections,and development cycles of each dimension within the system,identified a series of issues in the development of rural sports events,and proposes corresponding pathways for advancement.The strategic,action,and foundational layers of rural sports events face different problems,which are respectively manifested as inadequate endogenous driving mechanisms,inefficient cooperation among stakeholders and insufficient provision of foundational elements.It is necessary to follow the"strategy-action-foundation"advancement path to properly alleviate the aforementioned dilemmas.At the strategic level,we should adhere to cultural foundations and guide the direction of rural sports events;At the execution level,we should strengthen collabora-tive governance and optimize the specific implementation of rural sports events;At the foundational level,we should improve resource allocation and solidify the development foundation of rural sports events.关键词
