摘要
Abstract
The collective rise of the Global South is a clear symbol of the great changes in the world.The Global South has entered a new stage of enhancing its collective discourse power.In terms of maintaining world peace,promoting common development,achieving universal security,and improving global govern-ance,the Global South has played an irreplaceable and positive role in demonstrating the value of address-ing the deficits in global peace,development,security and governance.Looking ahead to the future,the collective rise of the Global South is not only an important part of great changes,but also a significant varia-ble in the development and evolution of the world's great changes,profoundly affecting the direction of the global development.The Global South will actively promote the diversification of global civilization,the bal-ance of global development,the democratization of international relations,and the balance of global govern-ance.关键词
