Abstract
Leading the direction of international system and order evolution is an important aspect of China's diplomacy in the new era.Current studies on the evolution of the Asia Pacific order focus on the mode of power transition and the ideological competition between the hegemonic power and the emerging powers, while insufficient enquiries have been made on the dynamic factors at the systemic level. The relational net-works have become a predominant structural form of the Asia Pacific system. The U.S.alliance and partner-ship network,China's strategic partnership network, and the ASEAN dialogue partnership network are vital driving forces for the evolution of the Asia Pacific order.By analyzing their structures of significance and norms,as well as the practical interaction between members and the networks, this paper argues that the US partnership network has its intrinsic weakness, making it difficult to form a group of countries that can balance China.China's partnership network is neither an alliance system, nor engaging in group politics and camp confrontation. And,the ASEAN partnership network promotes regional cooperation and dialogue,re-ducing the possibility of camp confrontation between the US and China in the Asia Pacific relational net-works.Introducing the network analysis to examine the major relational networks in the Asia Pacific region can help form a systemic and historical understanding of the direction of transformation in the Asia Pacific system and order.Even in the face of the impact and risks of"Trump 2.0",as long as we effectively main-tain stable and balanced development of major power relations, enhance institutional cooperation, and seek cultural and identity consensus, the Asia Pacific region will demonstrate sufficient resilience and vitality, resolve the uncertainty of world political turmoil, and achieve long-term peace and stability.关键词
