摘要
Abstract
In the video sequence compression coding of film and TV series,the video sequence matrix cannot describe the subtle spatial changes,so that some information is missed in the compression coding process with the final video quality fail to meet expectations.Therefore,this paper proposes an efficient compression coding method for film and TV series video sequences based on neighborhood limited empirical mode decomposition(NLEMD)algorithm.Based on the three-di-mensional matrix of video sequence,the time component in the proposed algorithm is introduced into Cartesian coordinate space,and a four-dimensional matrix is constructed to describe the subtle changes of video sequence.The video frames of movie and TV series are combined into a four-dimensional matrix,and the matrix space is regarded as the largest neigh-borhood of NLEMD algorithm,and then the algorithm is used to decompose and compress video sequences.The result is quantized and combined with the prediction error,an efficient compression coding process is realized.The experimental re-sults show that the proposed method has excellent performance in video quality and rate-distortion curve,and has a good application prospect in the field of video sequence compression coding.关键词
