摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the heating characteristics of graphene thermal physiotherapy medical devices,and to provide ideas and references for the application and quality evaluation of graphene in medical devices.Methods According to the test method of temperature uniformity in standard YY 9706.235-2021,temperature sensors were distributed and temperature data were read and calculated to study the heating uniformity of graphene heating sheets.The temperature distribution was observed by infrared thermal imager and its heating characteristics were studied.The bending life test of heating sheet was carried out by using special tooling to bend it several times.Results The temperature of the four test points of the sample were(58.71±1.73),(58.95±1.68),(58.90±1.91)and(58.25±1.89)℃,respectively,while the temperature of the reference point was(67.05±3.65)℃,which was much higher than the temperature of the test point.The temperature difference between reference point and test point was statistically significant(F=10.616,P<0.001).The graphene heating sheet could reach the maximum temperature after heating for about 10 s.The graphene heating sheet still maintained excellent heating characteristics after 30000 bending tests.Conclusion Graphene heating sheet has unique application advantages in thermal therapy medical devices,such as good bending,fast heating speed,and good heating uniformity in the graphene region,but there is overtemperature in the metal contact area.
