ECMO设备血液流量主要影响因素的研究
Research on the Main Influencing Factors of ECMO Flow Rate

Abstract
Objective To study the main factors affecting the blood flow of ECMO equipment through simulation test.Methods Three experiments were designed.In experiment 1,the blood flow was measured when the pipeline pressure range was 70-130 mmHg at different rotational speeds,and the correlation coefficient between the pipeline pressure and the blood flow was calculated and analyzed.In experiment 2,glycerol/saline mixtures at 1∶3,2∶3 and 3∶3 ratios were used to simulate the viscosity of different tests,and the correlation coefficients between blood flow and viscosity of test media were measured and analyzed.In experiment 3,different test models(patient-side simulation)were designed and compared with experiments 1 and 2 at the same speed.Three experiments were conducted to study the main factors influencing the blood flow of ECMO equipment.Results It was found that the correlation coefficients between the pipeline pressure and the displayed flow value,the measured flow value and the flow error after the static pump were 0.49 to 0.93,0.11 to 0.70 and 0.26 to 0.89,respectively,and the correlation coefficients were strong negative correlation between the glycerol/saline ratio and the flow rate,and the correlation coefficient was-1.000 to-0.961.In addition,different patient-side simulation models also have an impact on blood flow.Conclusion The pressure difference before and after the pump and the viscosity of the test medium are the main factors affecting the blood flow of ECMO equipment,but the pipeline pressure after the static pump has no obvious effect on the blood flow of ECMO equipment.关键词
