Construction and Application of Hospital-Wide Blood Glucose Management System for Inpatients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a hospital-wide blood glucose management system for inpatients,to provide a traceable management method for blood glucose management of inpatients. Methods The active management mode was used to construct the blood glucose management system of the whole hospital, and the blood glucose management system, electronic medical records and inspection system were effectively combined to form the interconnection system of blood glucose information management of the whole hospital,so as to realize the continuous monitoring, grading early warning and homogeneous management of blood glucose.A total of 200 patients with diabetes were included in each of the pilot departments before and after the system was launched, and the effect of management improvement was analyzed by comparing the preoperative waiting time and hospitalization days. Results After the system was launched, the preoperative waiting time of the pilot department decreased from 5.00[3.00,8.00]d to 4.00[2.25,6.00]d,the hospitalization days decreased from 10.50[8.00,15.00]d to 9.00[6.00,14.00]d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-wide blood glucose management system effectively improves the blood glucose control level of inpatients, and improves the closed-loop management and implementation efficiency of blood glucose. It is a specific application of multidisciplinary collaborative chronic disease management, which is worthy of promotion and reference.关键词
