基于SOA的多元化服务总线平台的设计与实践
Design and Practice of Diversified Service Bus Platform Based on SOA

Abstract
Objective To construct a diversified service bus platform based on service-oriented architecture(SOA),integrate service interfaces of various systems in the hospital,improve interoperability,flexibility and loose coupling among systems,to optimize medical service processes and reduce maintenance costs.Methods Taking a hospital in Shanghai as the research background,based on SOA,the front-end and back-end separation technology of B/S mode was used to construct the diversified service bus platform.And the information interaction among Internet of Things devices,business systems and management systems through a unified interface was realized.A total of 100 service interfaces before and after the application of the platform were selected respectively,and the number of faults and the length of fault repair were compared to evaluate the stability and reliability of the system and the efficiency of the fault location and repair mechanism.Results After testing,the interface request error rate of the service bus platform was 0%.After the application of the platform,the number of faults decreased from(3.41±2.18)times to(0.78±0.67)times,the length of fault repair was shortened from(61.76±41.73)min to(25.98±14.31)min,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The diversified service bus platform based on SOA promotes information sharing and efficient interaction,improves the quality and efficiency of medical services,and promotes the innovation of medical services and the digital transformation of hospitals.关键词
