摘要

Abstract

A study was conducted in attempting to evaluate cold resistance types and choose olive varieties with strong cold resistance.In this study,5 olive varieties were used as test materials.And nine physiological indexes were meas-ured,including soluble protein,soluble sugar,peroxidase(POD)activity etc.The cold resistance differences of these five species under natural low temperature were investigated using cluster analysis,and principal component a-nalysis method was employed to evaluate cold resistance types of different varieties.The results showed that five va-rieties were grouped into two groups by cluster analysis.The cold resistance types of 5 olive varieties evaluated by principal component analysis under natural low temperature were as follows:'A Si'was a strong cold resistance va-riety,and'A Er Bo Sa Na'and'Lai Xing'were medium cold resistant varieties,while'E Zhi 8 Hao'and'Qi Ji'were weak cold resistant varieties.
